When we act collectively, we become reservoirs of strength and courage. I hope our membership embraces these efforts for the continued growth and success of The Temple and of the Jewish people. What other organization has, as its primary goal, to inspire lives and transform the world?
- Rabbi Peter Berg
Rich in history and symbolism, The Temple evokes reverence for all who enter its doors. The Dream–Build–Inspire campaign will fund meaningful improvements to our beloved campus, including:
Outdoor services at The Temple are incredibly popular, routinely attracting hundreds of members from all generations. To overcome our current lack of outdoor space, this campaign will provide two new gathering spots which will each accommodate groups as large as 250 people:
The terrace will surely become a premiere setting for life’s milestone events and will include a small kitchen for food service and easily accessible restrooms. A covered walkway, overlooking the plaza, will connect the Davis building to the new Rosenberg addition, creating easy access to the rooftop terrace.
As the most prominent Jewish organization in Atlanta, The Temple holds a unique position of high visibility through our vibrant external engagement. As we continue to open our hearts to the community, we must keep our safety and security top-of-mind. We anticipate bolstering the physical security of our grounds as well as purchasing additional cameras, software, and security technology for both our current and future facilities.
